My Approach

Being a therapist isn’t just a profession for me it’s a calling. It’s a chance to guide individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments and help them come out stronger, more self-aware, and more whole. I’m passionate about guiding others toward balance and healing.

I integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my approach, along with mindfulness and grounding techniques. My approach offers a compassionate and affirming space where you can explore your journey, process life’s challenges, and take meaningful steps toward healing. I’m here to support you with empathetic listening and practical tools to help you develop the skills for managing your emotions and personal growth.

Being a Black male therapist means that I also get to challenge stereotypes and redefine what it means to seek help. It’s okay to need support, and it’s okay to ask for it. Healing is a powerful and transformative process, and I am grateful to be able to provide the space for that healing to happen.
